The Red Sea Development Company’s vision is to create an exquisite luxury tourism destination, with islands, nature, and culture intermingling, setting a new standard of sustainable development and establishing Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map. Thanks to our collaboration with DUBOX by AMANA, both the corporate offices and residential apartments were constructed using advanced offsite fabrication and modular construction techniques.
AMANA is an industry leader in offsite construction and has been pivotal in using Building Information Modelling systems to deliver high-quality structures, even at remote locations. Their expertise not only elevated the quality and safety of the buildings but also allowed us to reduce the number of construction workers required on-site, minimising the environmental impact during both the fabrication and installation phases.
Turtle Bay Hotel is part of the overall development that will include seven buildings:
• Two 24-key guest building clusters
• Three 32-key guest building clusters
