Rawasin Residential is located to the north of Yanbu City, ten minutes from the beach near Yanbu Regional Airport, overlooking the Red Sea. The project is a partnership between the Saudi Ministry of Housing and the private sector, designed especially to accommodate Saudi families looking for a unique and modern lifestyle.
The project consists of 368 three-, four-, and five-bedroom residential units in multi-storey apartment buildings and 292 townhouses, with a capacity for approximately 4,000 people. Surrounded by lush greenery and landscaped gardens, the Rawasin project features a variety of facilities and amenities.
