This 75-bed LEED Gold medical complex was located just a few yards from the national soccer stadium in a new mixed-use community, addressing a significant demand for specialised medical treatment in the region. The facility consisted of three centres: a spine centre, a knee, and sports medicine centre, and a wellness and diagnostic centre, all in one complex. This sustainable building promotes a calm and healing environment by maximising patient and family access to nature, views, and a vibrant community.
